ELECTRON IMPACT CROSS SECTIONS FOR Kr

Electron-impact emission cross sections were measured for the 5p→5s transit
ions and for the 5s→4p resonance lines of krypton atom in the energy range 
from threshold to 1000 eV.  The direct excitation cross sections for the
1s2 and 1s4 states were determined in a wide range of impact  energies by
subtracting the cascade cross sections to the 5s states from the
corresponding emission cross sections for the resonance lines.
