ELASTIC SCATTERING AND COLLISIONAL SHIST OF HFS
         TRANSITIONS OF METASTABLE ANTIPROTONIC HELIUM

Effective potential of $(\bar{p}He^{+})_{nL}$ - He interaction is used
to consider elastic scattering and transport cross sections at low
velocities, cross sections of transitions between HFS sublevels
$F=L\pm(1/2)_e$, $J=F\pm(1/2)_{\bar{p}}$, shift of spectral lines
$nLFJ\to nLF'J'$ due to tensor part of the interaction.
