QUANTUM MECHANICAL STUDY OF CAPTURE AND IONIZATION PROCESSES IN FAST F(9+)+NE COLLISIONS T. Kirchner, H.J. Ludde and R.M. Dreizler Institut fuer theoretische Physik, Robert Mayer Strasse 8, D-60054 Frankfurt, Germany We present an analysis of multiple ionization and capture processes in F(9+)+Ne collisions at 1MeV/amu based on a quantum mechanical description of the electronic motion. Emphasis is given to the investigation of dynamic screening effects and autoionization processes and their influence on charge state correlated cross sections.
