Electron capture cross-sections by boron ions in various media

Cross-sections for capture of one and two electrons by boron ions 
with charges i = 1-5 and velocities V=(1.2-5.5) a.u. have been 
measured in various media with atomic number Z_t = 1-54. It is 
confirmed the oscillating character of the dependence of these 
cross-sections from Z_t that was earlier established for hydrogen 
and helium ions.
