FRAGMENTATION OF N2 IN ELECTRON CAPTURE COLLISIONS OF Kr8+ AT ENERGIES

We studied the multiple ionization and fragmentation of N2 in collisions
with Kr8+ ions in multiple electron capture processes. The dependence of
the partial cross sections on the number of captured electrons can be
determined. A dominance of transfer ionization processes in these
collisions could be observed.
