THREE-CENTER COULOMBIC OVER-BARRIER MODEL FOR MULTIPLE 
ELECTRON TRANSFER FROM HOMONUCLEAR DIATOMIC MOLECULES

A three-center Coulombic over-barrier model is formulated for 
multiple electron transfer in collisions of slow highly charged ions
with homonuclear diatomic molecules.
The model is applied to N$_2$ and O$_2$ molecules.
The orientation effect of molecular axis
relative to the collision plane is discussed.
