CORRELATION BETWEEN ELECTRON EMISSION AND FRAGMENTATION INTO IONS 
FOLLOWING B 1s EXCITATION OF THE BCl_3 MOLECULE

Using the energy-selected-electron--energy-selected ion coincidence
method, we have confirmed that the energetic Cl^+ and BCl^+ ions 
are ejected within the molecular plane at the B 1s \to 4e' 
excitation of BCl_3 and that the energetic B^+ ions are ejected 
in an out-of-plane direction at B 1s \to 2a_2''.
