Superelastic electron scattering from rubidium

Measurement of the alignment and orientation parameters have been performed
on rubidium atoms using the superelastic scattering technique for an
incident energy of 18.4eV over an angular range of 6 to 120 degrees. These
parameters are compared with DWBA and CCC theories.
