A new electron coincidence spectrometer has been constructed. The
spectrometer is designed to operate at intermediate incident electron
energies and ejected electron energies as low as a few eV. First results
from the spectrometer for argon 3s ionization will be presented and
compared with distorted wave Born approximation calculations.
