METHOD TO EVALUATE INTEGRAL CROSS SECTIONS FOR ELECTRON-MOLECULAR SCATTERING Zhifan Chen and Alfred Z. Msezane Center for Theoretical Studies of Physical Systems, Clark Atlanta University Atlanta, Georgia 30314, United States of America A method to evaluate integral cross sections(ICSs) from measured differential cross sections has been developed for electron-molecular scattering. The method is demonstrated with the evaluation of the ICSs for the $X~^1\sum^+ \rightarrow A^1 \prod$ transition in e-CO collision. Our results are compared with other available data but are closer to those of the R-matrix calculation.
