We have measured the degree of polarization of the emission line
corresponding to the 1s23s - 1s23p transition of Li-like ions produced by
the single electron capture of He-like oxygen ions from He and H2 between
60 keV and 120 keV. Measured degrees of polarization show different
collision energy dependence due to different capture and cascade mechanism.
