ELECTRON ENERGY SPECTRA AT MULTIPLE IONIZATION OF ARGON ATOMS BY 1 MeV

The dependencies of single and multiple ionization cross section ratios
on the ejected electron energies were measured using simultaneous
analysis of recoil Ark+ ion charge state k and ejected electron energy
Eel formed in the same H+ + Ar collision and registered in coincidence.
It was found that formation of binary encounter electrons (BEE)
correlates predominantly with single ionization whereas cusp electrons
(CE) - with double and triple ones.
