ELECTRON-IMPACT EMISSION AND EXCITATION CROSS SECTIONS OF XENON AT LOW

	Absolute electron-impact emission and direct excitation cross sections for
Xenon were obtained 	at 15, 20 and 30 eV impact energies in the FUV specral
region from 110-160 nm. Results have 	been compared with the theoretical
calculations obtained by the Los Alamos group.
