H-/rare gas collisions can be an efficient way to produce H-** doubly
excited states. These autodetaching states give discrete electron energy
spectra. We have observed the decay of H-**(n=3D3) Feshbach resonances to
H(1s) and H(n=3D2) + e- showing strong interference patterns. We also looked
for the possible presence of shape resonances above H(n=3D3). With the
present statistics only a cusp due to the H(n=3D3) dipole interacting with
the outgoing electron is clearly observed.
