Time-ordering and Entropy in Few Electron Transitions

electron affect the time evolution of the other electron.  
Effects of anti-symmetric propagation in time leading to
an a direction to time and entropy may be found in regions 
where there are substantial contributions anti symmetric in 
the projectile charge, Z.
