The thermal transpiration effect, which produce a significant pressure difference between the two ends of a pipe attributed by a large temperature difference, has been discussed in ion mobility measurements at very low temperature. New parameters in a semi-empirical equation has been proposed for He gas at 4.3 K and 2.0 K.
