summary: Partial cross sections for charge-exchange and excitations in 
$He^{2+}$--$C^{3+}(1s^22s)$ slow collisions have been computed by using 
close-coupling equation method, the collision system  
having been treated as 3--electron system. Angular differential 
cross sections have been calculated within impact--parameter eikonal 
approximation.
