MEASUREMENTS OF SCATTERING PARAMETERS OF THE He(41,3F) STATE

     Progress towards the measurement of the Stokes parameters and the
subsequent deduction of the scattering amplitudes and phases for the
electron-impact excited singlet-triplet mixed He(41,3F) state will be
reported.  The feasibilty of observing the modulations in the polarised
photon signals will be presented.
