CONVERGENCE OF COUPLED-CHANNEL BORN APPROXIMATION 
               FOR REACTIVE SCATTERING

Based on the numerical calculations, we find that the convergence 
of the CCBA S-matrix is directly related with that of the
nonreactive S-matrix, where the  nonreactive S-matrix means 
the coefficient of the outgoing wave in the nonreactive 
coupled-channel wave $X^{(+)}$.  And we derive an explicit 
relationship between the CCBA S-matrix and the nonreactive S-matrix.
